We are all Farmers

The principles of farming is something everybody must learn!!! Often times farmers are looked down upon and little do people understand that they are one of the people we all should learn from.

A farmer understands the principles of sowing and reaping, but little do we. A lot of people most especially christians think sowing is all about giving offerings and giving money in church but it involves much more than that!

A farmer knows that once he plants/ sows a seed he is definitely going to harvest much more than he planted/sowed. Its his joy to plant as he knows his riches lie in what he plants/sows!

Isnt it funny to note that a lot of us fail to recognise that as we live daily we sow seeds and would definitely reap our harvests sometime soon!!! We go about life not realizing that life itself is a fertile ground as we sow various seeds and are bound to reap our harvest!.

If you sow Love into the life of those you meet along your soujourn here on earth you are bound to reap a great harvest of love! If you sow mercy dont you think your harvest of mercy will be bountiful? I could go on and on about the various things we sow as we cast our seeds on life's ground!

From experience i can talk boldly about this as i am yet to smile to a person and get a frown (I actually smile a lot ). When i smile at people, using the principle of the farmer, what i am doing is sowing a smile and guess what? I always (more often than not) get a smile back. Therefore the principle of sowing cannot be ignored as we live our lives.

Whatsoever you do to your neighbour can be regarded as sowing and you are bound to reap a bountiful harvest of whatever it is you have sown into that person's life!

See Clearly With The Aid of the Binoculars: Be careful what you sow as you are bound to harvest much more than you plant. Learn from the farmers and work hard at planting the right seeds you would be happy to harvest!

This is a beautiful piece. I must also add this, it was a statement the Lord impressed upon my heart at a time that my mind is also a fertile ground i should watch what i sow in it and who sows in me cos i wld produce fruit based o the seed.......i guess the story of sowing and reaping can be applied to alot of things
    What seeds are you sowing
    Kemi luv you.
